Please ensure that children arrive promptly each day. The school day begins at 7.00 am and registration starts at 8.00 a.m. If a child arrives later than 8.00 am they will be marked as late. We ask however that all children are in school for 8.00 am to ensure a prompt start to the day.

If your child is absent from school then please inform us as soon as possible, preferably between 8.30a.m. and 10.00 am. If we have not been contacted by 10 am then we shall contact you to ascertain the reasons for your child’s absence.

Schools must differentiate between authorised absences e.g. due to illness, medical appointments or other circumstances and unauthorised absences e.g. unknown reason or absence without agreement with the school. The Head teacher undertakes regular monitoring of attendance and will contact parents of pupils whose attendance level gives her cause for concern
